This page provides you with the information you may need to book the Village Hall.

There are all sorts of events in the hall, some you can just turn up at, others run by clubs you can join.  Try exercising, dancing, shooting, short mat bowls, or even start a group yourself.  Contact the Booking Manager for details.

We have collected for your reference various documents for reading or downloading from our Cloud Drive.  These are:

  1. Heating instructions
  2. Standard Conditions of Hire
  3. Induction Pack, the safety briefing for all Hirers
  4. Keyholder Agreement, additional terms applicable to users who hold a key

The Calendar is visible through the online booking portal or use the QR code. (Neither available until migration completed)

 

It may be possible to make space on Thursdays for significant one-off events such as parties, conferences or celebrations, subject to long advance notice being given.

Online Booking

This DAVH website contains answers to the most likely questions, including tariffs and facilities, which you should check before clicking through to make an online booking. 

You can now click through to our associated Online Booking Portal. 

On there you can check availability, edit, and delete any booking you might make, until it has been 'Approved', at which point you need to contact us for subsequent changes. Formal 'Approval' may not be given until maybe 6 weeks before the event, although there is no fixed rule.
